Yes! We are happy to do portraits of anyone. Prices for pets applies to humans too.
Every portrait is unique and some may take longer than others. Please allow two weeks for us to process your order. Photo gifts in addition to the portrait will require longer processing time. We will do our best to accomodate rush orders for special occasions.
We currently accept Paypal, which is very convenient form of payment.

You are eligible for a partial refund depending on how far along your portrait is. Each portrait takes a considerable amount of time and effort to produce. If you ordered photo gifts, those will be 100% refunded unless they have already been printed.
No. If they are defective (or the wrong size for apparel), we will exchange them.
You can do whatever you like with the portraits that we make for you. We reserve the right to display your portrait on this site and in advertisements. We will honor requests to not display your portrait.
No, the photographic references you send to Gallery Paws will not be shared with anyone under any circumstance.
We save your personal information, such as your name, address, e-mail, and photographs for the sole purpose of processing your order. We do not sell or share any of this information.
